In 2013, I moved to Dubai straight out of uni, eager to build a dream life. Instead, I found myself stuck in a cycle of burnout: long hours in high-pressure sales jobs, quitting, traveling to escape, and starting over. The relentless grind of corporate life drained me. My life looked great from the outside - exciting travels, a stable income, and all the trappings of success. But deep down, I knew that something was off...

    • Methods used: Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Timeline Paradigm Technique, Life Coaching, Emotion-Image Therapy, Hypnotherapy.
    • Platform: Coaching sessions take place via Zoom.
    • Frequency: We meet at least once a week, but we can meet more often if needed. 
    • Duration: Each session is 90 minutes.
    • Customization: Each session is tailored to your needs.
    • Practice: You'll receive a worksheet to complete tasks after each session, helping to solidify your experience.​
    • Bonus: You have the opportunity to win a bonus session. The more tasks you complete, the more free minutes you get.
    • Recording: If needed, you will receive a recording of each session. You can download and re-watch it within one week before it gets deleted.
    • Important Note: This isn't talking therapy or traditional life coaching. Our sessions are based on exercises, powerful tools, and concepts designed to shift your mindset effectively.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP):  NLP is all about understanding how language, behavior, and thoughts are connected. By tweaking these elements, you can change your mindset and break free from those patterns that have been endlessly repeating in your life.

Timeline Paradigm Technique: The Timeline Paradigm Technique helps you visualize your past, present, and future on a timeline. By accessing memories and future goals, you can reframe your experiences and create a more empowering narrative. 

Life Coaching:  Life coaching is all about asking deep, thought-provoking questions to help you understand your current situation, get clarity on where you want to be and what's blocking you to get there. We'll set goals, create a plan, and tackle anything that's holding you back.

Emotion-Image Therapy: Emotion-Image Therapy uses imagery to address emotional issues. By visualizing specific images related to your emotions and altering them, you can change your emotional responses.

Hypnotherapy: Hypnotherapy involves using hypnosis to access your subconscious mind. By guiding you into a relaxed, trance-like state, we can discover and address the root cause of your challenges and repeated patterns.

Step 1: ≈ 1,5 months

Step 2 and 3: ≈ 1,5 months

Additionally, there's a weekend option where we cover the whole Returning To Self program in two days.
